  • PacifiCare Life  and Health Insurance  Company, an affiliate of  UnitedHealthcare, in a multi-year  litigation against the California Department  of Insurance and its Insurance Commissioner, involving  over 240 days of evidentiary administrative hearings and  a subsequent state court mandamus trial. Client obtained favorable rulings at both the administrative and state court levels.     
  • Hughes Electronics Corporation, The Boeing Company and Boeing  Satellite Systems, Inc., in a trade  secret misappropriation suit that resulted  in a dismissal of the action and an admission  by the plaintiff that the case had "no merit."
  • Boeing Satellite Systems International,  Inc., and The Boeing Company in  a lengthy litigation and trial over  multi-billion dollar contracts to design,  manufacture and launch a constellation of communications  satellites. Felix was the primary attorney coordinating witness  preparation and discovery involving over a hundred witnesses and  millions of pages of data.
